Complimentary Ice Magic tickets are available for Mountaineer Lodge guests for Jan 29 to Feb 2, from 10 am - 9 pm. Meet the shuttle at the front doors of the Mountaineer Lodge and it will take you directly to the Lakeshore to enjoy the festival.

Note: If you choose to stay with us after the Ice Magic Festival (Jan 29 to Feb 2) and would like to go view the sculptures before they melt, there is no need for tickets or a shuttle. Parking is available at the lake.
*Please note: during the festival, the Chateau Gardens - where the sculptures are located - will be closed to the public. Viewing is only available to guests staying overnight in one of the hotels in Lake Louise.
