The Mountaineer Lodge is always looking for ways to improve your stay experience.
While we work on enhancing the guest experience, we will be working hard to minimize any inconveniences.
What Renovations are Happening
When you choose a hotel room, you want a fresh look, newer amenities, and modern-day conveniences.
That's just what we are doing at the Mountaineer Lodge this fall and winter as we embark on room and hallway renovations.
The Main Lodge:
A full down-to-the-studs renovation will be underway for guest rooms, suites, the 1st and 2nd floor hallways.
Minimum Disruption: We will take every measure to ensure you are not inconvenienced during this time.
Your Safety: Safety signs and zones will be set up to maintain a safe environment. Please be aware of any cordoned-off areas or marked areas to stay clear of in the parking lot.
Daytime Construction: Construction is scheduled mainly during the daytime.
We know how important it is for you to have a peaceful and relaxing stay, so we'll do our best to keep any construction disruptions to a minimum. However, there might be some noise in and around the hotel. We appreciate your understanding as we make these improvements to the Mountaineer Lodge.
When are the Renovations Happening?
October 10, 2023 to December 21, 2023
The Main Lodge Building will be closed for hallway renovation and 20 guest rooms will be getting a full makeover.
December 21, 2023 to February 15, 2024
The Main Lodge Building reopens and renovated rooms will be available to book.
Some rooms may still be set aside for renovation completion.
